10 Day New Year Retreat

We experience a more or less constant state of joy, freedom, love and peace. In our retreats we would like to share how we got here.

The methods for the retreat are:
Yoga, Meditation (A course in Miracles, Vipassana, meditation methods from the Tibetan Tradition, awareness of awareness), walking meditation, winter bathing and sauna , devotional practices (rituals and chanting), Karma Yoga by helping with cooking and cleaning, methods to be with and transform difficult feelings (meeting parts we are blind to and reject, inner child work, facing the demon, dream work), invidual and group healing, dancing, healthy food and rest.

The course in miracles (ACIM) is a mind training program that transforms all unloving believes into Love. It’s a way into being able to control the mind and come into Oneness, freedom, creative self expression, forgiveness and non judgmental love among brothers and sisters.

About us:

Each day we live and breath the methods we share. The methods are deeply rooted, having been practiced for years and years.

Kristina passes on emotional teachings as live demonstrations on the floor in the group. This is done by a person sharing his or her’s difficult emotions. She helps through a method that is easy to copy and to use as self help. In this way all teachings are live, exemplatory and relevant and healing for all participants.

Stephan likes to set up the space, enjoy the silence with the group, share his fullness, light and peace and guide us into deep meditational states and self love through gentle instructions.

Soooo.. Join us in this retreat that is set in beautiful nature surroundings. With view to a lake and a great green forest area.

The program is subject to change. We do
what is right in the time / space with what moves in the participants.

PRACTICAL
Price: 980 Euro including vegetarian food and accommodation. This price is for the retreat only, the two New Year ceremonies are not included.
Non-refundable registration fee: 200 Euro before 1st October.

The rest is to be paid before 1st December. As you register you will get the payment details and information what you need to bring.

Location: Länghult Hallaskog 704, Höör, Sweden
It is 1 and a half hour driving from Kopenhagen, and 1 hour from Malmö. The next train station is Höör where we can pick you up.

PROGRAM
We integrate, for those interested, two New Year Shamanic Ceremonies on the 30th and 31st December, hold by our favorite shaman. If you want to participate in the ceremonies you arrive around 15.00 on the 30th and leave the 1st of January or stay on for our retreat. Write to us if you want to know more. For those who want to participate in the 10 day retreat only you arrive in the afternoon of the 2nd January and leave the 13th around 14.00 o’clock.

About the teachers:

Kristina

Kristina is a candidate in Sociology and Psychology from Roskilde University, Garden Therapist from Sweden’s Agricultural University, Psychotherapist from Psychotherapist Institute Copenhagen, Clairvoyant Healer from The Healer School and she studied Tantra and Yoga in Natha and The Tantra Temple.

Kristina mainly worked for the last 20 years with clients who need help to be with themselves, embrace difficult feelings, through healing, body work and higher guidance.

Stephan
MA in clinical psychology, is trained in Gestalt therapy. He has studied and practiced meditation in multiple Buddhist traditions for over 40 years and spent 5 years in meditation retreats. Stephan was a monk in the Tibetan tradition for 11 years.
Together with Kristina he has been sitting with and learning from the Shamans of the Shipibo in Peru, the Yawayanas in Brazil, the Santo Daime and the Unificada lineage.
